Other Charges

Capacity

There is a $300 fee for any event with 250 or more guests.  

Damage/Clean-Up Deposit

The Renter shall pay to Whitehall a $1,000 Damage/Clean-Up Deposit in full when an agreement is signed and deposit is made.This deposit is refundable should there be no undue damage or clean-up following the Event.  

Reservation Deposit

  A Reservation Deposit equal to 50% of the total Rental Rate is required at the signing of the Rental Agreement.  The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable  Note:  All fees and charges, less the amount of the Reservation Deposit, are due no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled Event. 5% fee is add for credit card transactions.

Security

Whitehall Security Personnel will be provided at no additional charge for events scheduled on Monday – Friday between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.  The Renter will agree to pay for Whitehall Security Personnel at a rate of $40 per hour for each hour of access to the mansion and grounds for weekday events scheduled after 5 p.m. or on a weekend.  

Tents

The garden terrace (tent area) is 120’ x 40’ in length.  Tents longer than 120’ are permitted; however, due to wear and tear on the grassy areas, an additional charge is necessary.  Use of a tent that is 140’ is an additional $500 and use of a tent that is 160’ is an additional $750.  Auxiliary tents, such as cook tents, may be placed on the grounds for an additional charge of $250 per occurrence.  (There is no additional charge for a tent that is 120’ in length.)
